There is really a baby in there

Wow, my first blog, where do I start??? Justin and I are really excited to be expecting our first baby on 9/10/09. As most of you know we got married 9/13/08 and wasted no time getting started on our family. I'm really happy that the first 12 weeks are over and done with and that we can breath a little easier and start enjoying pregnancy. We had a little issue at the start when I was diagnosed with a subchorionic hemorrhage. It is a tear in my uterus that created a blood clot to form on my placenta. It seems to be fine now but I continue to keep my fingers crossed. Today I went with my mom and Cindy (Justin's mom) for some prenatal screening. We got to hear the heartbeat and see the baby moving around. It's so amazing to know that little thing is really in there. Unfortunatly the baby didn't want to cooperate and get into the right position so I have to go back next week to try again. Justin and I are off to see our regular OB next Monday for our monthly appoinment. I am very anxious to find out what we are having so that time can't come quick enough. My freind Katherine gave me the idea to do a blog to keep everyone informed during our pregnancy. Now if your interested you can just check the website for updates. I am very lucky to have such an amazing husband who has truly been wonderful so far. He doesn't know it yet but he is going to make a great dad. Hope everyone is doing well.
